Join us every Thursday night as we tap a different cask made from one of our mainstays here at COTU. What better way to spend a Thursday night then with a pint of unique, fresh casked beer and a bite to eat from one of the food trucks we have parked outside.
This Thursday our cask is Monkey’s Uncle with orange peel and rose hips.

This is the beer event of the year for Charlottesville, be here or be square. We will feature Bell’s Hopslam(12th Best Beer in the World according to BeerAdvocate) on draft and gravity firkin pour. Only 4 firkins have been allocated for the state of Virginia, so this is super special! In addition to Hopslam we will have several other award winning brews from Bell’s on tap.

Pong RVA Hardywood Hardbat Classic
| Pong RVA hosts Hardywood Hardbat Classic – “An evening of table tennis!” on Thursday Feb 28th, 6-9pm. Three tables will be present. “Center Court” table is reserved at 7pm for the tournament and the other two “Open Play” tables are available all evening for casual hitting. The single elimination tournament has space for 16 competitors, games to 21 and hardbat paddles only. (Hardbat paddles are the old-fashioned wooden paddles with a layer of short pips on either side which will be provided). Hardywood prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. All skill levels welcome! i like how all videos say blottes and stuff can be purchased at your local homebrew shop , seriously i lived in ATL and Charl. NC, bot major cities and havent found anything remotely close to thess so called homebrew shop

As for Charlotte, I also lived there at one point in my life and still travel there regularly. There is a shop called Alternative Beverage in Belmont and South Charlotte (South blvd).
Have you considered including some social bookmarking links to these blogs. At the very least for myspace.
