For this event we will be joined by Brad Phillips and Nick Graling from the Sierra Nevada Brewing Co.
Welcome Beer – Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
1st Course – Torpedo IPA served with blackened Mahi mahi tacos, with pico de gallo and a jalapeno tartar sauce
2nd Course – Kellerweis Hefeweizen served with a strawberry & goat cheese salad
3rd Course – Ovila Belgian Golden served with mini beef & duxelle with an all natural demi glace
4th Course – Bigfoot Barleywine served with a cinnamon, apple, raisin bread pudding a la mode
The cost for this event will be $40 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
